Assalammualaikum ..

Sebelum semua orang salah faham , this is not my housewarming guys .My little *pigeon pondok di KL is too cold to do kenduri heheh :) .Last friday , after friday prayer , we're invited to Housewarming *kenduri doa selamat at my cousin new house at Bandar Laguna Merbok .

 Bukan tak gemar , dahulu my mindset always kata tak suke Sg.Petani sebab kurang pokok besar-besar ( boleh terima ke alasan itu ?) ,rasa cuaca panas je memanjang and memang tidak pernah simpan niat pun nak beli rumah area sini , tup tup amik ,rania was born in sg petani hahaha ...:P (tahu takde kena mengena ) 
kak nana (is a English teacher ) sangat  bertuah dapat sebuah rumah teres 2 tingkat di bandar Laguna merbok(BLM)kebetulan husband kak nana pun mengajar di UiTM Merbok , so kedudukan rumah ini sangat Ideal buat mereka ., if i;m not mistaken , her house is old fasa of BLM, suatu perumahan yang sangat berjaya , dengan their own club house BLM .

see very nice kan?i've been to this club house BLM last weekend , attended my cousin's wedding (mak's side ) .
My bad, dah lama tak jumpa family , we all so busy eating , chatting and gossiping sampai lupa nak *snap* picture kawasan rumah kak nana dan all foods .kenyang sangat sampai otak blur :P
The important things is , why i said kak nana is so bertuah sebab she bought this house bukan dari developer tapi dari seseorang yang berpindah ke Kuala Lumpur.and guess what ?

 Rumah Teres 2 Tingkat , 4rooms + 3 bathrooms +1 store room .
Ex-Tuan Rumah  menjual rumah with furnitures , all room with air-conditioner each , with kitchen cabinet , kak nana just renovate gate and painted the house ,and all ONLY for less than RM 200k.

Frankly speaking , i'm not lying this is so cheap , she really lucky .Good Deal..:)
And now she makes me thinking of buying landed property in north region .Furthermore rania is getting bigger ,so  i guess  now we need a landed property.inshaALLAH.Kulim Property pun dah mula naik harga .hurmmm..macam mana AJF ?nak berhijrah ke utara ?

 After get permission from my cousin , this is the only 3 pictures yang sempat i snap :
